  1. Oversee all aspects of guest services on board the cruise ship, including front desk, concierge, and guest relations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of guest services staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  3. Ensure that all guest inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and effectively.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary changes to improve service and guest experience.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to guests.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all ship activities, events, and amenities to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
  8. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Maintain and promote the cruise line's brand standards and values.
  10. Conduct regular training and development programs for guest services staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  11. Prepare and manage guest services budget, including monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in guest services to continuously improve the guest experience.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures and ensure that all guest services staff are trained and compliant.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by displaying excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.
  15. Perform any other duties assigned by the cruise line management.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Guest Services Management, Preferably In A Cruise Ship Or Hospitality Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Guest Services Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests Of Diverse Backgrounds And Cultures.

  • Knowledge Of Guest Service Processes And Procedures, Including Handling Guest Complaints And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Computer Software And Systems, Such As Reservation And Booking Systems, To Manage Guest Services Operations Efficiently.
