- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests onboard the cruise ship.
- Manage and oversee all guest service operations, including front desk, concierge, and guest relations.
- Train and supervise guest service staff to ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all guest issues are resolved to their satisfaction and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels through feedback and surveys, and take necessary actions to improve guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage guest service budgets, expenses, and inventory to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Participate in onboard events and activities to interact with guests and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve guest service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to guest service staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the guest service team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to company standards and policies at all times.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the cruise ship management.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Guest Services Management, Preferably In A Cruise Or Hospitality Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Guest Services Staff
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle And Resolve Guest Complaints And Issues
Knowledge Of Cruise Industry Trends, Regulations And Standards, As Well As Familiarity With Royal Caribbean's Brand And Services.
