- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all guest service areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to guests.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Prepare and present reports on guest service metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity while representing the company.
- Handle any guest complaints or escalated issues with empathy and resolution.
- Support and promote a positive and inclusive work culture among team members.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages to attract new guests.
- Manage inventory and supplies for guest service areas to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Guest Services Or Customer Service Management
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Guest Service Associates
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills
Experience In The Cruise Industry Or A Similar Hospitality Setting Is Preferred
