- Develop and implement customer service standards and protocols to enhance the guest experience and ensure consistency across all departments.
- Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices, conflict resolution, and effective communication techniques.
- Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless and efficient guest experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices to continuously improve the overall guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and take necessary actions to address any areas of improvement.
- Represent Royal Caribbean Cruises and serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Guest Services Or Hospitality Management
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Knowledge Of Cruise Industry And International Travel
