Fitness Instructor

1. Lead group fitness classes for guests of varying ages and fitness levels, including but not limited to yoga, Zumba, and strength training.
2. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications for guests with injuries or limitations.
3. Provide personalized fitness consultations and create individualized workout plans for guests.
4. Maintain a clean and safe fitness center environment, including disinfecting equipment and enforcing safety protocols.
5. Assist guests with setting and achieving their fitness goals through motivational support and guidance.
6. Collaborate with other departments to promote and coordinate fitness activities and events onboard.
7. Continuously educate yourself on new fitness trends and techniques to enhance the guest experience.
8. Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and guest satisfaction.
9. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Royal Caribbean Cruises, promoting our fitness offerings and encouraging guests to participate in our onboard activities.
11. Maintain accurate records of guest participation and progress, providing reports to management as needed.
12. Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures as required.
13. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest schedules.
14. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
15. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
