1. Conduct fitness classes and individual training sessions for guests on board the cruise ship.
2. Develop personalized fitness plans for guests based on their individual goals and needs.
3. Educate guests on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
4. Monitor and assist guests in the gym and fitness facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout experience.
5. Maintain a clean and organized fitness area, including equipment, towels, and amenities.
6. Act as a positive role model for guests by demonstrating healthy habits and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and entertainment, to create a well-rounded guest experience.
8. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
9. Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Adhere to all safety regulations and emergency procedures on board the ship.
11. Keep up to date with fitness industry trends and incorporate them into classes and training sessions.
12. Assist with organizing and promoting fitness events and challenges for guests.
13. Maintain accurate records of guest attendance and progress.
14. Uphold the company's standards of service excellence and ensure that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.
