1. Lead fitness classes and activities for guests of all ages and fitness levels.

5. Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises and equipment usage, while also providing modifications for guests with any physical limitations.
6. Educate guests on the benefits of exercise and healthy living, and provide personalized recommendations for their fitness journey.
7. Continuously monitor and assess guests' progress and adjust fitness plans accordingly.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as onboard spa and wellness teams, to provide a holistic approach to guest wellness.
9. Assist with organizing and promoting fitness events and challenges throughout the cruise.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new fitness techniques to enhance the guest experience.
12. Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures, as well as company policies and regulations.
13. Maintain accurate records of guest participation and progress, and provide reports as needed.
14. Act as a brand ambassador for Royal Caribbean Cruises, promoting the company's values and mission.
15. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest schedules and needs.
