Fitness Instructor

1. Lead and facilitate a variety of fitness classes and activities for guests on board our cruise ships.
2. Create and implement engaging and effective fitness programs for guests of all ages and fitness levels.
3. Provide personalized fitness consultations and assessments to help guests set and achieve their fitness goals.
4. Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises and equipment to ensure guest safety.
5. Maintain a clean and organized fitness area, including equipment and supplies.
6. Continuously educate and inform guests about the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.
7. Actively promote and sell fitness packages and services to guests.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as entertainment and guest services, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
9. Attend and participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
10. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Royal Caribbean Cruises in a positive light.
12. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while on board the cruise ship.
13. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development in the fitness industry.
14. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
15. Maintain accurate records of guest participation and progress to report to management.
