7. Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises and equipment to guests.
8. Assist in the setup and breakdown of fitness classes and equipment.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
10. Collaborate with other fitness instructors and ship staff to create a well-rounded and engaging fitness program for guests.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas and equipment.
12. Regularly communicate with ship management to provide updates on class attendance and guest feedback.
13. Be a positive and enthusiastic representative of Royal Caribbean Cruises, promoting our brand and values to guests.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulations.
15. Attend mandatory training and meetings as required by the company.
