  1. Oversee all aspects of the onboard culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and service.
  2. Manage and lead a team of talented chefs, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality standards for all food and beverage offerings, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  4. Create and design menus that showcase creativity, innovation, and exceptional taste.
  5. Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  6. Train and mentor culinary staff, providing guidance and support to continuously improve their skills and performance.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  8. Coordinate and communicate with other departments, such as dining and hospitality, to provide a seamless guest experience.
  9. Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate them into the onboard dining experience.
  10. Maintain and uphold company values and standards, representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Culinary Training And Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Culinary Experience, Including At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role As An Executive Chef, With A Focus On Fine Dining And International Cuisine.

  • Menu Development And Innovation: Proven Track Record Of Creating And Implementing Innovative And Profitable Menus, As Well As The Ability To Adapt Menus To Accommodate Dietary Restrictions And Special Requests.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Chefs, Sous Chefs, And Kitchen Staff, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.

  • Cost Control And Budgeting: Experience In Managing Food And Labor Costs, As Well As Creating And Adhering To Budgets, While Maintaining High Standards Of Quality And Guest Satisfaction.

  • Knowledge Of Sanitation And Safety Standards: Familiarity With All Relevant Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations And The Ability To Maintain A Clean And Organized Kitchen Environment To Ensure The Safety Of Guests And Staff.
