- Oversee the ordering, receiving, and inventory of food and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain freshness and quality.
- Maintain and monitor kitchen equipment, ensuring its proper function and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional dining experiences for guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance the dining offerings onboard.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among kitchen staff.
- Represent the company and its culinary offerings to guests, providing a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As An Executive Chef In A High-Volume, Upscale Restaurant Or Hotel.
Extensive Knowledge Of International Cuisines And Ability To Create Innovative Menus For A Diverse Clientele.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Train A Team Of Culinary Professionals.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Meet Strict Deadlines.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Regulations, With A Track Record Of Maintaining A Clean And Safe Kitchen Environment.
