2. Lead and manage a team of performers and production staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver high-quality entertainment.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of entertainment offerings, including scheduling, technical requirements, and budget management.
4. Create and maintain strong relationships with external entertainment partners to source and secure top talent for onboard performances.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to continually enhance and innovate our entertainment offerings.
6. Oversee the creation and distribution of entertainment schedules and promotional materials for guests.
7. Monitor and evaluate the success of entertainment programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory guidelines during entertainment performances and rehearsals.
9. Manage and maintain entertainment equipment and facilities, including coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.
10. Serve as a representative of the entertainment department and Royal Caribbean Cruises, providing excellent customer service and handling guest feedback and complaints.
