We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic Entertainment Manager to join our team and help us bring our guests the best entertainment at sea. As the Entertainment Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to curate and deliver world-class entertainment programs that will leave a lasting impression on our guests.   1. Develop and implement entertainment programs and events that align with the Royal Caribbean brand and appeal to a diverse range of guests.
  2. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, guest services, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of entertainment programs.
  3. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of talented performers, technicians, and production staff to deliver high-quality and engaging entertainment experiences.
  4. Manage the entertainment budget and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and new entertainment offerings to continuously improve and enhance the entertainment experience for guests.
  6. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of entertainment activities, including live shows, themed parties, and interactive events.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, performers, and talent agencies to secure top-notch entertainment options for guests.
  8. Monitor and evaluate guest feedback and implement necessary changes to improve the overall entertainment experience.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all entertainment activities and venues.
  10. Represent Royal Caribbean and serve as a brand ambassador at entertainment industry events and conferences.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the entertainment team, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  12. Handle any guest inquiries, concerns, or issues related to entertainment with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  13. Keep abreast of budget and revenue targets, and work towards achieving them through strategic planning and effective management.
  14. Continuously assess and improve upon entertainment operations, processes, and procedures.
  15. Prepare reports and presentations on entertainment performance and present to senior management as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Entertainment Management, Preferably In The Cruise Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Team Of Performers And Staff.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Entertainment Industry Trends And Ability To Develop Innovative And Engaging Entertainment Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Maintain Relationships With External Partners And Performers.
