  1. Develop and execute innovative entertainment programs that align with Royal Caribbean's brand and enhance the guest experience.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the entertainment department, including hiring, training, and scheduling of entertainment staff.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of entertainment experiences.
  4. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize quality and efficiency.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of entertainment programs and make necessary adjustments to improve guest satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Royal Caribbean remains at the forefront of entertainment.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for entertainment staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  8. Ensure all entertainment activities are in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting and upholding Royal Caribbean's values and mission.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and resolving any issues or concerns related to entertainment.
  11. Participate in meetings and trainings, and contribute ideas to improve overall guest experience.
  12. Maintain accurate records and reports related to entertainment activities and expenses.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Represent Royal Caribbean in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Diverse Team Of Performers And Staff.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Entertainment Management, Preferably In The Cruise Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Entertainment Industry Trends And Experience In Creating And Implementing Innovative Entertainment Programs.

  • Proven Ability To Manage Budgets, Negotiate Contracts, And Handle Logistics For Large-Scale Entertainment Productions.
