
Entertainment Manager

- Plan and Coordinate Live Entertainment: The primary responsibility of the Entertainment Manager will be to oversee and coordinate all live entertainment activities on board the cruise ship. This includes booking and scheduling performers, managing rehearsals and performances, and ensuring that all shows and events run smoothly.
- Develop and Implement Entertainment Programs: The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse range of entertainment programs that cater to the needs and interests of the guests. This may include music, dance, theater, comedy, and other forms of live entertainment.
- Manage Entertainment Budget: The Entertainment Manager will work closely with the financial team to develop and manage the entertainment budget. This will involve negotiating contracts with performers and vendors, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the entertainment program is within the allocated budget.

Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Entertainment Management, Preferably In The Cruise Industry.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Diverse Team.
