  1. Oversee all aspects of onboard entertainment, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with performers, production companies, and vendors to ensure high-quality entertainment options.
  3. Create and manage budgets for entertainment events and activities.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise entertainment staff, including performers, technicians, and event coordinators.
  6. Develop and implement creative and innovative entertainment concepts that cater to a diverse guest population.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all entertainment events.
  8. Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to entertainment offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new and exciting entertainment options.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to entertainment activities and expenses.
  11. Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to entertainment offerings and strive to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for entertainment staff.
  13. Attend and contribute to relevant meetings and training sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Entertainment Management, Preferably In The Cruise Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Entertainment Industry Trends And Ability To Create Innovative And Engaging Entertainment Programs.
