- Oversee all aspects of onboard entertainment, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with performers, production companies, and vendors to ensure high-quality entertainment options.
- Create and manage budgets for entertainment events and activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Hire, train, and supervise entertainment staff, including performers, technicians, and event coordinators.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative entertainment concepts that cater to a diverse guest population.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all entertainment events.
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to entertainment offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new and exciting entertainment options.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to entertainment activities and expenses.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns related to entertainment offerings and strive to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for entertainment staff.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Entertainment Management, Preferably In The Cruise Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Performers And Staff.
Extensive Knowledge Of Entertainment Industry Trends And Ability To Create Innovative And Engaging Entertainment Programs.
