Dining Room Attendant

1. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the dining room, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Take and relay guest orders accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Serve food and beverages to guests, following proper serving and presentation standards.
4. Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and properly set up for each meal service.
5. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction, responding promptly to any guest concerns or requests.
6. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment.
8. Assist with restocking and inventory of dining room supplies and equipment.
9. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
10. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
11. Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on menu items, service standards, and company policies.
12. Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
14. Assist with special events and functions as needed.
15. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
