1. Greet and welcome guests to the dining room in a friendly and hospitable manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including tables, chairs, and other dining equipment.
3. Ensure all dining areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
4. Assist guests with seating and provide recommendations for menu options.
5. Take and accurately enter orders into the POS system.
6. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
7. Address any guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
8. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food to guests.
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
10. Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
11. Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
12. Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for meal service.
13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for guests.
