- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts to drive business and increase revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to close deals and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to corporate sales.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Royal Caribbean Cruises, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and attend relevant events and conferences.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of success and continuous improvement.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Sales, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Knowledge Of The Cruise Industry And Understanding Of Corporate Sales Strategies And Techniques.
