As a Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for their group events and meetings onboard our luxurious ships.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive corporate group event and meeting bookings on Royal Caribbean Cruises.
  2. Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and other sales tactics.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and onboard experience.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions to attract corporate clients.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Royal Caribbean Cruises, promoting our innovative and adventurous cruise experiences to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using our CRM system.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game and continually improve our sales strategies.
  9. Act as a liaison between corporate clients and other departments within the company to ensure smooth coordination and execution of group events and meetings onboard.
  10. Collaborate with onboard teams to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for corporate clients during their events and meetings.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
  12. Represent Royal Caribbean Cruises at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new leads.
  13. Continually seek out new opportunities for corporate partnerships and revenue growth.
  14. Uphold the company's values and maintain a professional and positive image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Sales, Preferably In The Travel Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Corporate Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
