  1. Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging activities and events for guests onboard the cruise ship.
  2. Create and implement a schedule of daily activities and events that cater to a diverse range of interests and ages.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, such as entertainment and dining, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
  4. Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  5. Promote and market activities and events to guests, encouraging participation and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  6. Ensure all activities and events comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  7. Maintain inventory and supplies for activities and events, and submit orders for replenishment as needed.
  8. Train and supervise a team of activity staff to ensure all activities and events are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  9. Keep updated on industry trends and continuously seek new and innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience.
  10. Consistently strive to create a fun and memorable experience for guests, exceeding their expectations and building brand loyalty.
  11. Handle any guest complaints or issues related to activities and events in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Participate in onboard meetings and training sessions to stay informed of company policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to and enforce all company rules and regulations, including safety protocols and dress code.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, serving as a role model for other staff members.
  15. Assist with any other duties or tasks as assigned by the onboard management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Recreation, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Event Planning And Coordinating Activities, Preferably In A Cruise Ship Or Resort Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Team Members From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities To Plan And Execute Multiple Activities And Events Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Various Recreational Activities, Including Sports, Games, And Entertainment, To Create A Diverse And Engaging Program For Guests.
