  1. Develop and plan engaging and diverse activities and events for guests onboard the cruise ship.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of all activities.
  3. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while interacting with guests to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Monitor and evaluate guest participation and feedback to continuously improve the activities program.
  5. Manage inventory and supplies for all activities, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition.
  6. Train and supervise activities staff members to ensure they are delivering exceptional service to guests.
  7. Collaborate with other onboard entertainment and production teams to create unique and memorable events.
  8. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while organizing and conducting activities.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new and innovative activities into the program.
  10. Assist with guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to activities and events.
  11. Create and manage schedules for activities, ensuring they are advertised and promoted effectively.
  12. Work closely with the guest services team to handle any special requests or accommodations for guests.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports of guest participation and feedback.
  14. Assist with the coordination and execution of special events and themed nights onboard.
  15. Uphold the brand standards and values of Royal Caribbean Cruises at all times.

  • Experience In Event Planning And Coordination: Royal Caribbean Cruises Is Looking For An Activities Coordinator With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Coordinating Events Of Varying Sizes And Types.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Activities Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Guests, Fellow Crew Members, And External Vendors. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Onboard Activities And Entertainment: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Activities And Entertainment Options Available On A Cruise Ship, As Well As The Ability To Create And Implement New And Engaging Activities.
