- Plan and organize a diverse range of onboard activities and events for guests of all ages and interests.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of activities, including coordinating with entertainment, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams.
- Research and develop new and innovative activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Create detailed schedules and itineraries for each activity, taking into account guest demographics and ship logistics.
- Set up and decorate activity spaces to create an inviting and engaging atmosphere.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of activity staff to assist with the execution of activities.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and adhere to company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing any questions or concerns related to activities.
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to activities to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and budget for activity supplies and equipment.
