2. Ensure that all activities and events are in line with the company's standards and policies.
3. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
4. Collaborate with other departments, including entertainment, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all activities and events, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
6. Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for various activities and events, and place orders as needed.
7. Train and supervise a team of activity staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
8. Utilize social media and other marketing tools to promote upcoming activities and events to guests.
9. Continuously seek out new and innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience and keep activities fresh and exciting.
10. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new initiatives.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Royal Caribbean Cruises, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
12. Accommodate special requests and needs of guests, including those with disabilities or dietary restrictions, to ensure a memorable and inclusive experience for all.
