  1. Plan and organize a diverse range of onboard activities and events for guests of all ages and interests.
  2. Create and maintain a dynamic activity schedule that is engaging and appeals to a wide audience.
  3. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities and events.
  4. Collaborate with the entertainment team to enhance the overall guest experience through interactive and entertaining activities.
  5. Source and manage external vendors and performers for special events and themed activities.
  6. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while promoting and hosting activities.
  7. Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about upcoming activities and answer any questions or concerns.
  8. Ensure that all activities and events adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
  9. Keep track of activity budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing activities and events to enhance guest satisfaction.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Assist with training and supervising onboard activity staff.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all cruise industry regulations.
  14. Stay updated on current trends and developments in the hospitality industry and incorporate them into onboard activities.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
