  1. Plan and organize a diverse range of activities and events for guests on Royal Caribbean Cruises.
  2. Work closely with other team members to create a fun and engaging onboard experience for guests.
  3. Research and develop new and innovative activities that cater to the interests and demographics of guests.
  4. Coordinate with various departments, such as food and beverage, entertainment, and shore excursions, to ensure seamless execution of activities.
  5. Monitor guest participation and satisfaction levels and make necessary adjustments to activities.
  6. Maintain a detailed schedule of activities, including time, location, and any necessary materials or equipment.
  7. Communicate effectively with guests to promote upcoming activities and answer any questions or concerns.
  8. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
  9. Keep track of activity budgets and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-effective alternatives.
  10. Train and supervise any additional staff or volunteers assisting with activities.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the onboard activity program.
  12. Stay updated on current trends and industry developments related to onboard activities.
  13. Handle any guest complaints or issues related to activities in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote activities through various channels.
  15. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.
