We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Ross Stores. We are a leading off-price retailer that offers an ever-changing selection of high-quality, on-trend apparel and accessories for men, women, and children.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring safety standards are met. You should be experienced in managing and optimizing processes and procedures, as well as hiring and training personnel. We are looking for a team leader with strong problem-solving skills who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.To be successful as a Warehouse Supervisor at Ross Stores, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
