- Develop and implement procedures for inventory control and accuracy, including conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
- Monitor and track warehouse productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency.
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and repairs are performed as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and management to provide updates on warehouse operations and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, implementing new strategies and technologies to improve processes.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Position, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Environment.
