Store Protection Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Store Protection Specialist to join the Ross Stores team. This position requires a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for protecting company assets and providing a safe shopping environment for customers. As a Store Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for deterring theft and fraud, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to customer service issues.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent observational skills, be able to stay calm in challenging situations, and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or law enforcement is preferred. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and have strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
