Job Description

Ross Stores is looking for an experienced, dedicated Store Protection Specialist to join our team! Our Store Protection Specialists are the first line of defense in protecting our stores and our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for deterring theft, resolving customer issues, and upholding Ross Stores’ standards in order to maintain a secure and safe environment.Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of loss prevention experience, preferably in a retail setting. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive and organized work style, and the ability to work with minimal direction. If you have experience in law enforcement or the military, we would love to hear from you!
