Store Protection Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Protection Specialist to join the Ross Stores team! As a Store Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees. The successful candidate must be reliable, organized, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a key member of the store team and will be required to work with other departments to ensure a secure and safe shopping experience.Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in loss prevention, security, or retail is preferred, but not required. In addition, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
