Store Protection Specialist

1. Implement Store Security Protocols: The Store Protection Specialist will be responsible for implementing and enforcing all store security protocols, including monitoring surveillance cameras, screening customers at the entrance, and conducting regular store patrols.
2. Ensure Safety of Customers and Staff: It is the responsibility of the Store Protection Specialist to maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. This includes identifying and addressing potential safety hazards, responding to emergency situations, and providing assistance as needed.
3. Prevent Theft and Fraud: The Store Protection Specialist will be responsible for preventing theft and fraud within the store. This includes conducting regular bag checks, monitoring suspicious behavior, and deterring potential thieves through proactive measures.
4. Collaborate with Store Team: The Store Protection Specialist will work closely with the store team to ensure a collaborative effort towards maintaining a safe and secure environment. 5. Provide Excellent Customer Service: As a representative of Ross Stores, the Store Protection Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers. 6. Conduct Investigations: In the event of a security incident, the Store Protection Specialist will be responsible for investigating the situation, gathering evidence, and reporting findings to store management and/or authorities as needed.

9. Stay Updated on Security Protocols: It is the responsibility of the Store Protection Specialist to stay updated on all store security protocols and procedures. This includes attending training sessions and staying informed of any changes or updates to company policies
