10. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to store security and make sure they are adhered to at all times.
11. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any security-related inquiries or concerns.
12. Attend regular training and development sessions to improve job knowledge and skills.
13. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times while representing the company.
