Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Apparel Or Home Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
