- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Receive and process shipments of merchandise, ensuring accurate documentation and timely placement on the sales floor.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked store.
- Ensure that all merchandise is neatly arranged and displayed according to company standards.
- Assist in setting up promotional and seasonal displays according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of merchandise between the stockroom and sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall operation of the store.

Excellent Organizational Skills: A Stock Associate At Ross Stores Must Be Able To Efficiently And Accurately Organize And Arrange Merchandise On Store Shelves And In Stockrooms.
