1. Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and restocking merchandise as needed.
2. Organize and maintain merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom, ensuring all products are easily accessible to customers and in compliance with company standards.
3. Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and quality of merchandise.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
5. Assist with setting up displays and merchandising products in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Keep track of stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
7. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to safety and security protocols.
8. Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, safety, and inventory control.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
11. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
12. Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
13. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
