Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are stocked and organized for our customers. 1. Maintain store organization: Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and organized on the sales floor.
2. Receive and process shipments: Receive and process merchandise shipments, including unpacking, labeling, and stocking shelves.
3. Replenish inventory: Regularly monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to ensure shelves are always adequately stocked.
4. Ensure product quality: Inspect all merchandise for quality and report any damaged or defective items to management.
5. Assist with inventory control: Work with management to conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them in finding products. Be knowledgeable about store layout and merchandise to provide excellent customer service.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and safe for both customers and employees.
8. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient stockroom operations and assist with other tasks as needed.
9. Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and inventory control guidelines.
10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to management to streamline stockroom operations.
11. Train new employees: Assist in training new stock associates on company procedures, policies, and best practices.
12. Meet productivity goals: Work efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals set by management.
13. Stay updated on product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming merchandise to provide accurate information to customers.
14. Maintain a positive attitude: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing a welcoming and friendly environment for customers and team members.
15. Adhere to safety standards: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
