4. Conduct regular store walks to identify and address any stock shortages or overstock situations.
5. Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure efficient and effective stockroom operations.
6. Ensure store displays and merchandise presentation are visually appealing and meet company standards.
7. Participate in store set-up and clean-up processes, including moving and arranging merchandise as needed.
8. Perform stock counts and assist with inventory management and control.
9. Communicate any stock issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
10. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and minimize loss.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering questions.
12. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor at all times.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the store.
15. Act as a positive role model for other team members and exhibit a strong work ethic.
