- Oversee all aspects of fixture installations and capital projects for Ross Stores locations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new fixtures and displays that enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of installation managers and contractors to ensure quality work is completed efficiently.

Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Manager For Fixture Installations & Capital Projects At Ross Stores Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Overseeing Large-Scale Fixture Installation And Capital Projects.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team Of Project Managers, Contractors, And Store Associates. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Motivating Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals Within Budget And Timeline.
Knowledge Of Retail Industry And Store Operations: A Senior Manager For Fixture Installations & Capital Projects Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Particularly In-Store Operations And Fixture Installations.
