- Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of market research.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to contribute insights and ideas related to real estate strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to real estate research and analysis.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in real estate market research.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to support and contribute to overall team goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Economics, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Market Research, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Gis.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With Experience In Creating Reports And Presenting Findings To Stakeholders At All Levels.
