  1. Manage and analyze property financials: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities related to the company's properties. This includes analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improving the company's financial performance.
  2. Ensure accuracy of financials: The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of property financials. This includes reviewing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Management Accounting.

  • Cpa Certification Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting For Real Estate And Property Management.

  • Proficient In Accounting Software, Such As Yardi, Mri, Or Realpage, And Microsoft Excel.
