Job Description

Ross Stores is searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Global Communications & Crisis Response to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies and processes to support corporate initiatives and protect the company's brand and reputation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field and have 5+ years of relevant experience. A background in corporate communications and crisis response is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing communication plans, creating content, and working with stakeholders and external partners.If you have a passion for communications and a track record of success in crisis response, we would love to hear from you!
