Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join the Ross Stores team. Working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for supervising the daily operation and maintenance of Ross Stores’ facilities. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that all of the company’s physical assets are well-maintained and in safe, working order. If you’re a self-starter, with excellent organizational and leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have at least three years of experience in a maintenance or facilities supervisory role, as well as a working understanding of building systems and related codes. You should have strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
