Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor at Ross Stores is an integral part of our team. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and organized individual to lead the maintenance team and ensure that our stores are in top condition for our customers. The successful candidate should have a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance, facilities, or related role• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
