
Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers are greeted and assisted in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist in managing store operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize loss.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential and meet performance standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a role model for the team by displaying a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support and participate in company initiatives and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations And Customer Service.
Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts.
Sales And Merchandising Knowledge: Familiarity With Retail Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Visual Merchandising To Drive Store Sales.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Time Effectively, And Handle Multiple Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
