- Communicate effectively with upper management and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high levels of store cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess store performance and provide feedback and coaching to store managers.
- Address and resolve any customer or employee complaints or concerns.
- Collaborate with other area supervisors and cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for retail.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on store performance and operational activities.
