- Ensure all stores are properly staffed and schedule associates accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention measures to minimize shrink.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market changes to make strategic business decisions.
- Participate in company meetings and trainings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
