- Oversee multiple store locations to ensure they are operating efficiently and meeting company standards.
- Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to drive sales and achieve company goals.
- Train and develop store managers and associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to store managers.
- Communicate effectively with store managers, corporate teams, and other supervisors to ensure consistency and alignment of goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of store managers and associates.
- Monitor and analyze store reports to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to improve store performance.
- Maintain a high level of store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Motivate and inspire store managers and associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
