  1. Oversee and manage multiple retail locations within the designated area.
  2. Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures at all stores.
  3. Motivate and develop store teams to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Lead by example and serve as a role model for the store teams.
  5. Communicate effectively with store managers and other team members to ensure consistency and alignment across all locations.
  6. Monitor and analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive sales and profitability.
  7. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  8. Train and onboard new store managers, providing them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
  9. Address any issues or conflicts within the stores and provide guidance and support to resolve them.
  10. Collaborate with other Area Supervisors and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
