- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Ross Stores locations within the designated area.
- Develop and maintain a positive and customer-focused environment in the stores.
- Train, coach, and mentor store associates to ensure a consistent level of exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Create and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies to maximize sales and maintain a visually appealing store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all areas, including inventory management, loss prevention, and safety.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with other Area Supervisors and upper management to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage store budgets and expenses to meet financial goals.
- Recruit, hire, and train new store associates as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to store associates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and remain competitive.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.
- Represent Ross Stores as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image in the community.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Retail Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Excellent Leadership And Interpersonal Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management.
